Chase Arendts ’17-Playing as a team, the volleyball team defeated L’Anse Creuse, three sets to one. Traveling out to L’Anse Creuse High School yesterday, the girls stayed focused and played with great effort.

Leading the team in kills, Gia Milana ‘16 finished with 16. Coming off of an ankle injury, Jodie Kelly ‘17 contributed nine kills and three aces. Doing their part, Erica Labaere ‘16 killed five shots, and Payton Klein ‘17 finished with four of her own.

“I think we play well together,” Kamryn Duffield ‘18 said. “We have a good all around team, and I think we still have room to get better.”

Improving to 5-0 in their league and 24-4-1 overall, the girls face off against Marysville High School at Marysville’s tomorrow night at 7 pm.
