Honoring the students that attended the Macomb County All-Academic Banquet assures Gleason that all of his hard work paid off. He believes that recognition verifies how a person views themselves and feels that Romeo High School successfully did that. The academies and block schedule that RHS offers play a huge role in Gleason’s achievements.

“The academy style at Romeo is better than a traditional 1-7 class schedule. Being placed into an academy I am interested in has helped me understand a little more about what I want to go into for my future career,” Gleason said.

Overall, Gleason focuses on applying concepts to everyday life and interacting with students that share similar career interests beneficial to his academic success.
