Rachel Peil ‘22: Hoping to continue their dominant start on the ice, the Bulldogs geared up to take on Anchor Bay High School on Saturday, December 14.

In a strong night for the boys, forward Gavin Skinner ‘20 led the way scoring two power play goals making it his first multi-goal game of the season.

The Tars got on the board with one goal late in the first period, but it wasn’t enough as Romeo forwards Kyle Giza ‘21 and Evan Drouillard ‘21 provided some assurance by each scoring one goal.

Currently riding a three game winning streak, the Dogs hope to keep that momentum going on the ice as they head into their next matchup.

When asked how they keep their momentum going, Cameron LeBoulch ‘20 said “pumping the boys up, keeping everyone motivated, giving good compliments and not letting anyone down.”

Romeo won Saturday’s game by a final score of 4-1.

The team next travels to Mt. Clemens Ice Arena to take on L’Anse Creuse North High School on Wednesday, December 18 when the puck drops at 7:30 pm.
