Every second weekend in October, Romeo hosts its annual Harvest Days.
“What is Harvest Festival?” Vannah Raimi ‘16 said, “I have never heard of it.”
Harvest Days is where families go to downtown for fun fall activities and to buy crops from local farmers. It brings attention to Romeo and provides money for local town business. Local farmers provide their fall crops to residents and visitors to purchase during Harvest Days. This year’s event is funded by Romeo DDA. Romeo DDA runs several events in Downtown Romeo including local parades, Peach Fest, and other popular events.
The Harvest Day is Oct. 8 from 10-4, so head on down for some family fun.
