Justin McNulty ’20: Romeo Lacrosse goaltender, Chad Nedbal ’18, recently signed his letter of intent to play at the NAIA level for the Indiana Tech Warriors. Nedbal says that competing in college athletics has been a dream of his ever since he first held a lacrosse stick, 10 years ago.

Once teammates, Nedbal now becomes rivals with both his twin brother, Wyatt Nedbal ’18, along with Tyler Sienkewicz ‘18, both heading to play lacrosse at LTU next season.

“I originally intended to pursue my athletic and academic career at Lawrence Tech, but Indiana Tech was able to offer me more money and put myself in the better situation to start as a freshman, this upcoming season,” Nedbal said.

In the classroom, Nedbal plans to earn a bachelor’s in entrepreneurial studies and his masters in business marketing from Indiana Tech, along with completing his associate’s degrees from Macomb Community College this year.

Nedbal encourages every athlete to stay dedicated and pursue their passion, just like he did.
