Andrew Pouliot ‘18: With both girls and boys Cross Country’s team having great seasons thus far, another chance has risen for them to continue their dominance.

Coming off this past Tuesday’s Jamboree, the boys possess a  5-2 record and the girls, 6-1. Due to the importance of the upcoming race on Saturday, along with a new younger faced team, it was ultimately decided that Tuesday’s meet would be used as a workout in preparation for the Holly Invite.

“With the team preparing all summer, I’m excited to see all the hard work pay off this saturday with the first big race,” Andrew Goodrich ‘18 said.

Using the meet as a workout, the girls still placed 2nd and the boys placed 3rd. Nick Behring ‘18, Jack Wilson ‘20 and Charlie Wilson ‘20 led the boys. On the flip side, Julia Knepper ‘17 and Madelyn Malczewski ‘20 led the girls.

Racing Saturday on September 17th at Holly High School, the Bulldogs hope to finish first. Come show the team some support!
